すべてのレビューを表示Maureen is seriously THE BEST INSTRUCTOR.. I come during my lunch break and leave feeling fit and strong to continue the rest of my work day. She is also really good about coming around a looking form- but not in an annoying way!!! Her classes are hard and challenging!! Definitely not basic!! Once you do Pilates for a long time it can feel like the same ole routine.

I love how personable he was before, during, and after class! Looking forward to returning. And not to mention the space was clean, and orderly! They even provide towels! 🥰

すべてのレビューを表示I went to a sound bath today, and honestly, the whole studio and vibe were just amazing. Everything was super well put together and really professional. I’ve done sound baths for years, but they had some instruments I’d never even heard before. Plus, all the little extras—like a cup of tea, essential oils, spiritual cards and a mini plant in individual mini vase as a gift (so cute ☺️)—were such a personal touch. I left feeling totally relaxed and super happy. Highly recommended class!

It felt like I was practicing with my friend, she was so comforting and encouraging while still being a little spicy enough to challenge myself and try something new. Every transition was fluid and felt like a true flow. I will absolutely be back here for her classes.
