    It was a super great workout. Gave me a good sweat and made me feel good about the exercise I did for my body! Some were really difficult for me but also made me feel that if I come for a few more sessions and consistently practice I’d be able to do it better! Feels like this class is more suited for those who at least have some exposure to strength training/weight lifting as it’s a fast paced circuit and there isn’t much time for the instructor to be guiding you throughout.
