    Thank you Felicity and the bodhi staff for being so welcoming! studio was really big and clean, plenty of showers as well. Felicity's class was tough yet very manageable. I love that she went through a very detailed brief in the beginning of how to ride and also helping the newcomers with the setup to make sure everything is good to go. Attending his class regularly will make you stronger week by week. When you attend regularly, he will call you out if you're going too fast or even to push a little bit further but it's always in an uplifting and motivating way. And let’s not ignore the elephant in the room: Jerol’s giant quads are basically a fitness motivation poster come to life. Every squat, lunge, and lift he demoed was a masterclass in strength. You can tell he practices what he preaches, and it’s beyond inspiring. He has this rare ability to be both approachable and authoritative, making everyone feel supported yet challenged.     For a while I’ve been keen to try this gym and find out for myself what all the 5-star rating fuss is about. All I can say is that it’s immediately obvious that it’s well-deserved. I felt instantly welcomed and included by Nathan. He has created a wonderful training community. Members appeared to be tight knit but welcoming. The training session was fun and a solid workout. The only thing I’d charge is having a more substantial warm up. I’m still giving two thumbs up.
