    Great studio! The instructor was really helpful making sure everyone did the exercises correctly. This is important to me as I've been to a few places where you're left to work it out on your own and has resulted in injury. Great music & a nice cold face towel at the end of the workout! With Sarah, you never feel defeated after a workout. Instead, you leave feeling accomplished and motivated.     Not a standard review (and nothing to do with the class itself!) but I felt faint in this class having been a bit optimistic and tried to do it shortly after a 26 hour flight. Craig and the team were awesome when I raised that I had begun feeling dizzy, took proper care of me and checked on me before I headed home. Fitness XO is always brilliant, but saw it from a different perspective with this session!

    I met Amanda at a different studio and was sad to hear she would no longer be there. She mentioned she teaches at Sum of Us and I just had to follow her and join her classes there. The studio is stunning and has such an airy and calming atmosphere. Great coffee too!! Amanda’s reformer class is small, there were only 3 of us there on a Friday morning. This allowed Amanda to give us each personal feedback and corrections on our form which I appreciate so much. There’s also a bit of nice chit chat during the sets. I have found that I perform better and enjoy fitness classes more when I connect with the instructors, whether it’s through their humour, their teaching style, or like Amanda, her super sweet personality and soothing voice which is great especially early in the morning. I honestly can’t recommend her classes enough!!

    I have done a couple of beginner/foundation classes and found them hard to follow/keep up with. The instructor was thorough with explaining and patient with figuring out the right steps, I never felt like I was struggling or falling behind. Although, it was still challenging enough to build up a sweat and feel the burn. A very calming space! Highly rate as an inexperienced reformer person/beginner :)

    REFORMER STABILITY

    Not knowing what to expect in my very first pilates reformer class, I was pleasantly surprised. Gloria was very welcoming and supported me in performing the exercises correctly and encouragingly. As a mature aged woman not familiar with gyms or studios, I was nervous entering Change, but that changed as soon as I walked in it was a welcoming, relaxed environment. I look forward to my next reformer pilates class at Change.
