    Every time I attend a class at FS8 some other positive aspect reveals itself. What a brilliant studio! It is inclusive of mums with young children, (wish it was operating when my children were younger). The instructors are helpful and caring and provide options and check in throughout the class. And no disposable wipes in sight. I would prefer the music and instruction at a lower volume, especially classes with a focus on restore, but otherwise great.
