I would say it was definitely beginner level, which made me get back to basics and focus on my posture, however it would be nice to have some more intermediate level options for the flow in future!

However, there was no information on ClassPass about needing to bring a mat, and the majority of the class, including myself, didn’t have one. Although the instructor kindly provided a few spare mats, there weren’t enough for everyone, and I ended up doing the core exercises on my towel, which wasn’t very comfortable. This isn't the instructor's fault, but I wanted to suggest updating ClassPass so future participants can come prepared and know to bring a mat.
