I get the eco-friendly nature but I didn’t like that I had only a paper towel to dry myself off with before heading into the Perth winter ….

It’s also great that they inform you in advance in what cases it is not recommended to do floating (for example when undergoing chemo therapy). I was also offered to choose between 5 different tinctures to enhance the experience. The ear buds are good quality unlike in other places where they sometimes don’t fit properly. After the treatment I was able to choose between different teas or coconut water. I opted for oolong tea since they only had cold coconut water. If I could make a suggestion: I would reduce EMF radiation in the building for better relaxation by disabling WiFi. Since you use Jotform for registration, they support offline data collection. Just sync it once a day before closing.

すべてのレビューを表示I wasn’t booked in correctly by city cave staff, when I showed up they said I hadn’t booked but when I mentioned it was via class pass then they checked an email and saw it should have been booked in. I had to wait 40 minutes to get into an available sauna. Then when I was finished the guy was sat outside the door waiting to clean the room, a little bit uncomfortable. If you book via ClassPass I would check you receive an email from city cave too so you know they have booked you in correctly.

すべてのレビューを表示Everything was lovely and well thought out for the space unfortunately floating wasn’t for me. I felt that the room was stuffy and was unable to relax, feeling a strain on my neck. After the session they served tea on the terrace which was nice.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with such a warm, friendly welcome, and everything just kept getting better from there. Belle took excellent care of me. She asked if I had any concerns before the massage, explained what would happen during the session, and gave me options if I had personal preferences. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and kept checking in on how I was feeling. We also had a lovely chat throughout the process. It was my first time doing a lymphatic drainage massage, and I would say I had the best experience so far. Thank you for an amazing session—I will definitely come back again and tell my friends!

すべてのレビューを表示Really enjoyed my June visit. Lovely owner, lovely tea afterwards, float was as expected and a huge float space in room 2. Second visit in November on a Sunday morning was not as good. The music was distracting and very not relaxing (weirdly saxophone and drum heavy?) and front desk staff were not welcoming. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The front desk lady invited me to have tea afterwards, in what seemed to be a completely empty venue, but the vibes were so far off I had to refuse. She didn’t seem like she wanted to get out of her chair, so figured I wouldn’t put her out with my presence any longer. I won’t be returning.

I felt like I asked questions to answers that should have been provided as an introductory to a first time customer like where is the light switch, a proper tour etc. overall I had a good float. Some people (staff?) were talking quite loudly throughout and I could hear the conversation through the provided earplugs which detracted a bit from the experience. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable.
