Ka Lydia was super friendly and encouraging for beginners like me, even when I was struggling to keep up :") but she reminded me to just keep moving even in my own pace. Definitely gonna go back! But you guys weren't kidding when you said the bathroom/locker room is tiny. Just a narrow line with lockers on your left and showers on your right. I read about the lockers and how you need to bring your own padlock but now they have keyholes instead? but they didn't give me a key soooo

She has the perfect demeanour and delivery for a Pilates instructor, consistently demonstrating different exercises and providing alternatives for those who want to push themselves more. I always look forward to Emily’s classes.

I’ve never felt like that in a yoga class before until I came to this class. It’s the best class you’ll ever experience. Highly recommend. Beautiful song choice, heartfelt sharing by Alvin, friendly flow mates, no judgment even though I’m a noobie compared with the rest. Will definitely return!

The session was engaging and challenging in all the right ways, and honestly, it felt like it flew by. I really enjoyed his teaching style and the way he explained each movement.
