    Lovely light-filled workout space. Enjoyed my intermediate class with Frankie. Good glute & hammy burn balanced with much needed mid back shoulder work. Thoughtful verbal cueing to ensure form was right. Lastly I appreciated her retro playlist (that I could mentally sing along to). Thank you!

    I enjoyed Qing Hui's class! The drills used during the class today really helped prepare myself physically (and mentally hahaha) for dropbacks and forearm wheel. She also helped to spot me when attempting to balance from forearm wheel to forearm stand in stag legs. Thank you for the fun class! 😊
