すべてのレビューを表示Jordan is the best!!!!! You will feel the workout in your abs!!! But the thing I appreciate the most is that she prioritizes your form and incorporates yoga/mindfulness more than any other sculpt classes I’ve taken in Austin.

すべてのレビューを表示As someone new to yoga, I was a little nervous walking in, but any hesitation disappeared thanks to, Alia. She was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. She offered gentle suggestions and hands-on adjustments exactly when I needed them, without ever making me feel self-conscious about being a beginner. I’ve tried yoga at a couple of other studios before, and honestly, Oak + Lotus Yoga blew my expectations out of the water. If you’re new to yoga (or even if you’re not!) and looking for a welcoming, supportive place to practice, I can’t recommend this studio enough.
