すべてのレビューを表示I love this studio. They are truly inclusive — all bodies, ages, abilities. I’ve had class with four different instructors now, and all have been quality, experienced instructors. I enjoyed taking Susan’s class for the first time. It’s truly yoga for stress relief, and my hips feel so much better than earlier in the day. My only suggestion is that it can be cold in the space to me (I tend to run colder than most folks), so I have to make sure to wear socks and long sleeves for the yin/restorative classes that are less active.
