すべてのレビューを表示Perfect for beginners! Erikka demonstrated all the postures, which was really helpful for my workout. I think all the instructors at Retreat by mantra show us how to do yoga postures, unlike other studios. Because of that, I love working out at this studio!

The teacher did a great job with guiding the class and creating a safe space for kundalini meditation. I’ll be back for sure.

すべてのレビューを表示So, so incredible. Super well-led class by a really centered, clearly experienced, focused instructor. The room itself was super relaxing and I almost fell asleep like six times. Got out of class an hour ago and am still feeling like I could go right to sleep. Amazing. Will definitely be back.
