すべてのレビューを表示Fun, great energy! This is a legit workout, was harder cardio than all the HIT and cycling classes I normally do. I loved the mix of dances, songs, and variety in movements. Thank you! Would be nice to have a warm up stretch though. Will definitely come back :)!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor has good counts and cues! oldie goldies millennial bops like tiao cruz etc + not like super heavy weightlifting but more a sculpt/cardio class. Come 5 min early and do street parking or to figure out the garage. Class is hard to find but it’s at the round about next to the door with the leasing office for Rail apts. they have music notes on the door if that helps

Monica has best songs and cueing and one of the best instructors in this city! literally I’ll drive 40 min to this class every week so totally worth all your credits go check it out!
