すべてのレビューを表示Becky is so sweet and helpful. Gave my friend and I a heads up on the class, what to expect, what to do and encourage us. My 2nd time doing a heated class and forgot to get a mat towel and she was kind enough to provide me one. This class is like doing it at home, you hear the instructor on the speaker and follow along. Intermittent flow but definitely worth it.

I came in sore from a recent boxing class and left feeling restored and stretched out. The space was nice and welcoming. It was a full class but still felt comfortable with enough room for everyone. Eliana was also very friendly, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back.

HIIT classes can feel intimidating, especially when you’re trying to lose weight and worry about keeping up, but Jen creates such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The group energy makes it fun, and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely be back!

I saw some other reviews that stated that they arrived on time and nobody was there, so I did check the website and make sure the class was scheduled before booking on classpass. The staff was welcoming and the place was clean and easy to find.
