すべてのレビューを表示I’ve tried a couple of different places for their infrared saunas and Sala could definitely do these few things to elevate the experience. Providing a towel would be good start (they did give me one because I didn’t know). The infrared sauna also has a default light, even with the lights switched off, still was a bit harsh. No electrolytes or cold bottled water, but you can get tap water before you go in. I did like the iPad connected to Spotify already, so no need to connect our phones for the Bluetooth speakers. With these minor improvements, this would step up the experience. Friendly staff, thank you.

すべてのレビューを表示Hands down my fave sauna in Auckland! And trust me, I’ve tried all the other popular sauna places in Auckland offered on Classpass! Firstly, Maddie was super lovely, fabulous customer experience. Now, for the space itself, BEAUTIFUL! Very spacious sauna room, with dim lighting from a lamp. Music was also setup already too, powered via the iPad & Bluetooth, so I immediately felt at peace as soon as I stepped foot into the room. The ambience made this experience a delicious sound-bath and meditation too (great playlist, I didn’t need to change it!). Sauna itself was huge, I could lie down if I wanted to (legs bent)! Heated to 65 degrees and a had timer. Shower was also huge and lovely, with a rain head shower head option too. Two towels provided, a spacious bench to pop our things and even a chair. Also really the mirror in there too. I had such a blissful experience. 🙂↕️ And I’m a sauna girly, so if you’re considering this experience, what are you waiting for! Loved it and I’ll be back, thanks Wyld Newmarket! 🧖🏻♀️

My only comment would be to allow the sauna temp to go hotter as when moving between plunge and sauna the temperature dipped to 50 degrees and took time to climb up again
