Very heavy springs, fewer reps, and longer rests (~40s). Shoulder work at 1B1Y or 2B… iykyk, it seemed too heavy for everyone for consistent, controlled movement. Lots of people having to break between every single rep. Feels a bit mismatched given the room is all women — would love to see more focus on stability, control, and flow.

He’ll drape a towel over you and give a full body massage. I wasn’t uncomfortable, as I was clothed and he was professional, but it was unexpected, that’s all. Im a 100 kilo man and she didn't have much trouble stretching me at the end of the massage (Stretch was at my own request). also during the massage she would identify any knots I had and would vigorously work at it. ended the massage with a softer relaxing massage then a stretch. would come back to her.

Most of the pain disappeared during the treatment and the remaining ones have almost gone after a day. It was almost strange, but wonderful, to sleep without any pressure or stiffness in my back. Can’t wait to get used to this feeling. I have already booked a second session with him and he also does ACC treatments. He also knows about treating someone who is hyper flexible, and the Google reviews are worth checking out too. Nice and easy parking right outside. I won’t be wasting my time by going to see anyone else. Seems like he is the one stop shop I’ve been looking for in NZ. Warm recommendation if you want actual help to your problems.
