すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time ever doing anything yoga related and it was probably a bit too hard as I didn’t understand instructions (certain poses etc), but they suggested doing the yin class next time for beginners. In saying that I tried my best to keep up and it was still a great first time! Def looking into the slower class next time!

すべてのレビューを表示Emma and team were so friendly welcoming me for the first time at S30 (and the first time at a gym in a very long time). Loved the low lights, music, no mirrors, welcoming environment. The kids area is a nice touch! Parking wasn’t hard to find at all. Would love to return.

すべてのレビューを表示I really like our instructor! She is so helpful and professional, she made me feel welcomed, and provided clear and helpful guidance for my movement, and made sure I won't hurt myself during the training. Thanks a lot for this wonderful experience! The class is fun and it really helps building strength and muscles in our core :)
