This feels like the only actual yoga class left at Y7 - the rest have become more exercise-first and there’s really no alignment cues, even for the ones that are supposedly yoga. This was amazing. Ari is amazing. I learned a lot. More of this!!!

すべてのレビューを表示This was a really special class. This is a hidden gem studio for the true, studied yogi! So many studios are full on work out flows - this was a challenging slow grounded in a very deep and tapped in and spiritual practice without feeling heavy handed either. The space is beautiful and there is tons of room. Sarah creates a really sacred energy. High high high rec. Parking can be tricky so get there early!
