すべてのレビューを表示It was my first time going to Amie’s class, and it was a great experience. I’d recommend it for both beginners and intermediate yogis. She gave so many pointers and feedback on the correct form for many poses that I didn’t know I was doing wrong. We went through sun salutations and then some fun practice with inversions. She taught how to get into headstand and backbend and will spot you if you’re up for it trying it as well. Will definitely go back!
