すべてのレビューを表示This was an excellent class and the instructor was really wonderful as well. The class is challenging but definitely feels like you get a great workout and a good stretch. I like the 75 minute class with plenty of time to cool down.

すべてのレビューを表示I’ve only taken a handful of classes at Sacred Yoga, and the warm power flow with Ashley was by far my favorite! Even though it was a power flow, it was still a very mindful, gentle flow and very well thought-out sequence. I appreciated that the flow wasn’t too hot but I still sweat! Sacred Yoga seems like a very beginner-friendly studio. I liked the extra push in the power flow and will definitely be back 💯

Bailey helped me a lot with corrections to relieve the tension in my back. It was great after a long week of sitting at a desk. I will definitely be going again.

すべてのレビューを表示I have been looking for a reformer class that was more challenging and this was exactly it! Tia is an awesome instructor!! She gives great corrections and wants the moves to be intentional. Studio is small, gives small private session feel. I do wish the music was a little more upbeat but I feel like it went with the vibe of the studio on mellow vibes
