Kalyn’s vibe was EVERYTHING—to say the least. She made the class feel so welcoming, fun, and comfortable while still being an incredible instructor. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and that energy makes the whole experience even better. I just wasn’t up to speed and couldn’t hang with this type of workout so early in the morning lol! Fun and kind group of ladies.
