As a beginner, I was a bit nervous, but Mikayla made me feel right at home . she gave great advice before we started and she created a zero-pressure environment that kept us motivated throughout the challenging movements . I loved that she took the time to talk to us individually afterward to see how we were feeling. A very supportive environment. I'll be a regular for sure !
