They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. I do have a little hair left behind but that might be because it was my first time and there was quite a bit of hair down there. We were connecting on colors and how much variety there is as well as how they look in and out of the light. My nail tech was so timely, finished my gorgeous nails even though I am a simple girl, so fast that I was able to go to my gym session way earlier.
