She is very hands-on and patient when she does so, and she makes sure to give everyone equal attention. The class kicked my butt since I only do light yoga & spin so I'm excited to continue with this beginner friendly class!

すべてのレビューを表示Joella's class flowed so well from one pose to the next, with good pace. This made it easier to follow. Lots of deep stretching that is appropriate for a beginner, but also can be tailored to your own level. Highly recommend!
