She is very hands-on and patient when she does so, and she makes sure to give everyone equal attention. The class kicked my butt since I only do light yoga & spin so I'm excited to continue with this beginner friendly class!

すべてのレビューを表示I almost gave up on this place because of a bad experience with an instructor. Glad I gave it another chance. Katina is welcoming, very informative and interactive with the class. I appreciate her kindness and thoroughness. The studio itself is clean and a lot of parking available.
