すべてのレビューを表示The space was clean and well laid out. I was warmly greeted as a newcomer and given a guilty tour. Shaina was a great instructor. Wonderful cues, instructions and encouragement. She provided rep counts and info about musculature used. The music was motivational. The class itself wasn't technically difficult but very effective. 1-2 way in, I was sweating and this was before the cardio blast! I'm sore I'll feel it over the next few days! I'd go back!

After a few months of these classes, my health significantly improved. Not only did my heart rate decrease to athlete levels but also other classes I take seem much easier. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a fun, low impact class to try this out!
