She‘s the first trainer I witnessed in the whole of Amsterdam (sorry xD) that actually works with the inner core muscles from all angles if the request is „can we please do your“. It’s usually a lot if blanks or apps. Not worth her - It was honestly sublime. You had no glue that you were working the core until you felt it and the time flew by like that <3 thanks!!

She switches up the exercises in each class so it doesn’t become repetitive and gives insightful feedback / corrections so that you can actually improve. And a lovely, friendly person.

Really engaging and fun, so the class goes quickly and you feel like you got a good workout in at the end! Vibes in general also are immaculate before and after the class. I’m rapidly becoming a regular,100% recommend!
