Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and the level of customer service genuinely goes above and beyond. A special shoutout to Kris and Eva — they are both absolute gems! They’re always so warm, helpful, and happy to go the extra mile, which makes such a difference. They really make you feel welcomed and part of the community. The sense of community at this location is unlike any of the other gyms I’ve been to. It’s the kind of place where the staff remember you, genuinely care, and make you feel at home. Definitely my favourite Saints & Stars location!

The atmosphere is very respectful, which made me feel completely comfortable sparring with men. すべてのレビューを表示My favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3

The trainer was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and encouraging throughout the entire session. He consistently came over to assist me with every exercise and task, carefully explaining how I could improve my technique and performance. What I found particularly remarkable was that he knew I did not speak Dutch and that I was only attending the class for one day, yet he still took the time to give me individual attention and make sure I could follow along and get the most out of the training. His patience, dedication, and willingness to help were truly impressive. He made me feel very welcome and supported, despite the language barrier and the fact that I was only there for a single session. His level of professionalism and commitment is extremely commendable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, supportive, and professional kickboxing trainer. An outstanding experience and truly deserving of the highest praise.

すべてのレビューを表示Prachtige gym op een fijne locatie in/naast het park. Het was lekker rustig, maar dat kan ook liggen aan het moment (zaterdag 17:00). Alles is nieuw en schoon, ook fijn dat alles heel overzichtelijk op 1 verdieping is. Ik mis wel echt trx banden, die lijken ze over het algemeen niet te hebben in de trainmores. Wat ik ook echt jammer vind is dat je bij deze vestiging maar 60 minuten mag komen sporten. Dat vind ik wel aan de krappe kant als je een warming-up en 4 sets van alles wil doen en nog moet stretchen. 90 min zou ideaal zijn. Nu zou ik 2 uur achter elkaar moeten boeken, maar dan wordt het wel een duur grapje..
