I tried the open gym, it’s not a big gym but has the essentials. So if you are expecting huge gym area with a lot of machines maybe this is not the one! Overall I would definitely come back for the vibe!!!

すべてのレビューを表示One of the best technical kickboxing classes I’ve taken. The techniques were explained in a really clear and easy-to-follow way, making it both educational and challenging. The atmosphere is very respectful, which made me feel completely comfortable sparring with men. Everyone trains with control and knows their own strengths, creating a safe and supportive environment to learn and improve. The bar host was very kind and helpful too! Highly recommend!

It strikes a great balance between cardio and strength — the Zumba segments keep things fun and high-energy, while the lifting parts add a solid workout that actually makes you feel it the next day (in a good way). I like how different segments target different muscle groups, so it never feels repetitive. Ruby clearly knows what she’s doing and guides the class with real expertise without making it intimidating. Would definitely go again.

すべてのレビューを表示My favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
