The red light therapy session was great, although it felt a bit short—I could have easily stayed longer because it made me feel really good. The only thing I missed was a mat on the floor, as it was a little bit cold. The receptionist was friendly, and the view of the iconic Olympic Stadium is a fantastic bonus.

The massage was tough, but that was exactly what my body needed. During the treatment he always checked in and talked me through it. Afterwards my body feels sore and relieved at the same time. He gave me tips for the upcoming days and even how to make changes in my gymroutine that will support a healthier body. I would highly recommend to book a massage here. She managed to loosen up and the blocked nerves in my neck and my underarm which were really bad. Mentionable is also that they clean your body afterwards from the excessive oil with a hot towel which I loved! I definitely recommend them and will definitely come back again!
