The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely. The fysios are also very skilled! Highly recommended ❤️

The place itself is no frills no nonsense kind of retreat, clean, functional and fun. I loved the minimalistic design and the changing rooms are cleverly done! I’ll definitely be back 🌟
