すべてのレビューを表示I used to visit this practice when it first opened, I just went back and I love the new space: it's super clean and stylish with 2 changing rooms and shower facilities. The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely. The fysios are also very skilled! Highly recommended ❤️

The red light therapy session was great, although it felt a bit short—I could have easily stayed longer because it made me feel really good. The only thing I missed was a mat on the floor, as it was a little bit cold. The receptionist was friendly, and the view of the iconic Olympic Stadium is a fantastic bonus.

The place itself is no frills no nonsense kind of retreat, clean, functional and fun. I loved the minimalistic design and the changing rooms are cleverly done! I’ll definitely be back 🌟
