What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

It was truly spot on and came at just the right time. I’ve also had several 1:1 readings with Max before, which I can highly recommend as well. This session felt like a beautiful continuation of that work and connected perfectly with the insights I’ve gained from our previous sessions. Highly recommended!

The Wednesday class from Nicolas was great and I'm a big fan of the Sunday class with Pieter too! I absolutely adore the focus and attention on doing movements safely. The fysios are also very skilled! Highly recommended ❤️

Jojo was incredibly detailed, precise and attentive, and both my brows and lashes look absolutely amazing. The whole treatment was super relaxing, with a lovely atmosphere, beautiful interior and nice music. You can really tell Jojo cares about her work and wants you to leave feeling great.
