すべてのレビューを表示Fijne les met kundige docent die goede correcties geeft op houdingen/posities. Was wel wat warm in de ruimte. Wat ik daarentegen niet zo goed begrijp, is hoe anderen zo onvriendelijk kunnen reageren op de docent wanneer ze je op een rustige manier tips/correcties geeft. Het is alleen maar om te voorkomen dat je blessures krijgt, dus lijkt me juist iets om blij mee te zijn…

すべてのレビューを表示Stina always puts a lot of emphasis on explaining the correct form to make sure we do the exercises correctly and don't hurt ourselves. I learn a lot from her classes - and they are challenging in all the best ways!

すべてのレビューを表示First time lifting weights and first time training at this place! Very welcoming environment by all participants and the instructor, Rianne, was very informative and helpful, making sure I’m doing everything correctly. Tough workout but adjustable so it’s super beginner friendly.

すべてのレビューを表示First time here and loved the prenatal reformer class! Warm welcome bij the staff and nice studio. The reformer instructor was very sweet, supportive and explained a lot about the correct form etc. I will definitely visit again.

すべてのレビューを表示A very gentle and beginner friendly class, yet challenging if you wanted it to be. Sofie made everyone feel welcome and gave advice on how to make the exercises more challenging if you wanted to. My back and hamstrings are nicely stretched. Also loved the energy!

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE this class. The teacher is super friendly and has good energy. The studio is a beautiful space. Currently the class is a little too intense for me on the hips, but that doesn't stop me from going, I just do everything a little less or slower. And it's such a delight to be able to work out *with* your baby. It makes planning your day and finally getting some precious me-time in so much easier. I'd love for them to add a baby+me class to their weekend schedule.

She creates a warm and welcoming environment for moms and babies so you can really feel at ease (even if your little one isn’t). LOVE the studio, everything is new and beautiful!
