She creates a warm and welcoming environment for moms and babies so you can really feel at ease (even if your little one isn’t). LOVE the studio, everything is new and beautiful!

すべてのレビューを表示Fijne les met kundige docent die goede correcties geeft op houdingen/posities. Was wel wat warm in de ruimte. Wat ik daarentegen niet zo goed begrijp, is hoe anderen zo onvriendelijk kunnen reageren op de docent wanneer ze je op een rustige manier tips/correcties geeft. Het is alleen maar om te voorkomen dat je blessures krijgt, dus lijkt me juist iets om blij mee te zijn…

すべてのレビューを表示It was a lovely lesson!! The studio is cute the pace is good but still spicy. It was only my second time on reformer so did need some help with form which the instructor gave. Only complaint is I couldn’t see her at times due to the pillar in the room and the heat was insane in the room I don’t think the AC was working on a 29 degree evening.

すべてのレビューを表示I LOVE this class. The teacher is super friendly and has good energy. The studio is a beautiful space. Currently the class is a little too intense for me on the hips, but that doesn't stop me from going, I just do everything a little less or slower. And it's such a delight to be able to work out *with* your baby. It makes planning your day and finally getting some precious me-time in so much easier. I'd love for them to add a baby+me class to their weekend schedule.

Ik voelde me echt goed begeleid en tegelijkertijd lekker uitgedaagd. Na de les had ik een ontspannen en sterk gevoel in mijn lichaam. Echt een super fijne ervaring. Bedankt Berber!
