I was able to moderate the intensity relative to my strength and balance abilities. Highly recommend this centering/grounding workout for those needing a good sweat!

During the class I felt I learned to move more in a way that seemed to be only for experienced Tango dancers and unobtainable for me as a beginner. Amazing! I feel the teachers realy bring their passion to the floor in a proffesional but spacious, loving and playful way teaching so much in just one class:)
