すべてのレビューを表示The studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

すべてのレビューを表示For me, it was a super challenging class, but I guess if you visit this class more often, you get used to it fast. I liked the trainer’s energy and music! The room was without windows, so not that good-looking; I liked EQUAL Noord more :)

すべてのレビューを表示My first class hot pilates and I loved it. Stephanie is a great instructor. I liked that she is actively showing the positions while also making sure everyone in the class keeps up! Prepare for a sweaty sesh! Will come back again.
