すべてのレビューを表示Great class! At some point there was a little bit of confusion however the flow of the exercises was amazing. What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

Every movement flowed seamlessly into the next, and she paid close attention to correcting our form while giving us the space to find our own tempo. Her instructions were so clear and intuitive. I’ve never experienced a barre class with this level of focus and engagement. Highly recommend!

Instructions are on point, i rarely have to look at him for reference. He always dedicates time at the end of the class to dive deeper into specific poses and i genuinely see progress. Also, he’s funny and has great playlists. 1000/10

すべてのレビューを表示Raffaella was a really good instructor, I came in the lesson 2-3 mins later due to my bus’s delay and she was so warm and helpful. She was also quite attentive making sure I had the correct technique and posture for the exercise. Not gonna lie it was a demanding workout but felt quite proud after finishing.

Challenging but very happy to have done it afterwards!!

Je merkt aan alles dat ze ruime ervaring heeft in het lesgeven en een hele fijne, positieve energie uitstraalt. 💕 De uitleg was duidelijk, ze hield goed rekening met ieders niveau en zorgde voor een fijne sfeer. Ik voelde me echt uitgedaagd, maar tegelijkertijd helemaal op mijn gemak. Dit is absoluut een docent voor wie ik graag terugkom en waarbij ik zeker vaker lessen ga volgen!
