The red light therapy session was great, although it felt a bit short—I could have easily stayed longer because it made me feel really good. The only thing I missed was a mat on the floor, as it was a little bit cold. The receptionist was friendly, and the view of the iconic Olympic Stadium is a fantastic bonus.

The staff is friendly and the therapists are skilled and check in to make sure the pressure level is as desired. The fruit with the tea after the treatment is a nice touch.
