Ik ben bij veel pilates lessen geweest, maar wat ik erg fijn vind aan Ash is dat ze heel gefocused is op je vorm, en dus ook langsloopt om je te helpen of je vorm te corrigeren (ze vraagt altijd eerst of ze je mag aanraken!). Heb nu pas echt het gevoel te weten wat ik goed/fout doe, en zie echt het verschil! Ze geeft ook opties om het makkelijker of moeilijker te maken, dus je kan het op jouw manier doen :) De zaal heeft airo, veel attributes, spiegels en genoeg licht! Ik raad het zeker aan

It was truly spot on and came at just the right time. I’ve also had several 1:1 readings with Max before, which I can highly recommend as well. This session felt like a beautiful continuation of that work and connected perfectly with the insights I’ve gained from our previous sessions. Highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示Nina’s instruction during the yin-yang flow was very well paced and the sequence was clear to follow. It was just the right amount of challenge for me to return to after recovering from surgery. She offered good tips before the practice on how to work around sensitive spots of my body. I have a critique to the studio about the yoga mats however; the yoga mat absorbs the spray immediately, and therefor it is not possible to wipe clean properly, it feels unhygienic. I will bring my own mat next time.
