I fell asleep and the rhythm and tone of the singing bowls for the sound bath was perfect; deep and continuous and allowed for me to fall asleep! The atmosphere of the studio is airy, calm, and detailed. I will certainly return. Thank you!

It is deeply relaxing, helps a lot to reconnect gently and softly with the body, and the different music instruments are magical. A lovely brake from the weekly rush. Thank you!

すべてのレビューを表示I found Carol's practice almost randomly, as I was looking for a shala close to my home. And I think I've found MY teacher. Her way of guiding you through the practice, is both cathartic as much as energising. Her asana practice is a perfect balance between pushing your self and a reminder to listening to what your body needs. A teacher that also never skips a lesson in yogic philosophy, as it should be. She leaves me with the best feeling ever, after every class my day is so much brighter! Definitely come to give her class a try!!!!!
