すべてのレビューを表示Great atmosphere, the building is mesmerizing, they give a towel and water, and they have all the necessities in the changing room, from Dyson to shampoos and perfume! I tried the open gym, it’s not a big gym but has the essentials. So if you are expecting huge gym area with a lot of machines maybe this is not the one! Overall I would definitely come back for the vibe!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Ik kwam er tijdens deze les vooral achter dat mijn conditie nog wat liefde nodig heeft. 😅 De les zelf was juist top: goede opbouw, fijne apparatuur en een vriendelijke, motiverende trainer die me erdoorheen sleepte. Tijdens de workout vroeg ik me af waarom ik hieraan was begonnen, maar achteraf was ik heel blij dat ik gegaan was. Ik kom zeker terug!

すべてのレビューを表示One of the best technical kickboxing classes I’ve taken. The techniques were explained in a really clear and easy-to-follow way, making it both educational and challenging. The atmosphere is very respectful, which made me feel completely comfortable sparring with men. Everyone trains with control and knows their own strengths, creating a safe and supportive environment to learn and improve. The bar host was very kind and helpful too! Highly recommend!

すべてのレビューを表示My favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
