すべてのレビューを表示I was quite shy when I first arrived because it was my first class but I got comfortable so quickly. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN, great teacher and such an amazing group of women. It felt like theraphy, definitely recommend.

すべてのレビューを表示Super fun class and very complete workout. The teacher is very knowledgeable and challenges you to try new things. It's a combination of martial arts and acrobatics. The people in the class are also friendly and help out if you don't understand the movements.
