And after experiencing it with others, i have to say he is the most gentle, calm and safe in his style to lead such an intimate group session. Excellent holding capacity, speed, music, words. Although after the breathing the best for me to stay in silence to feel everything that comes to me.

すべてのレビューを表示Powerful class, and it felt like a complete set even within the 60 min (and I’m usually in favor of 90 min classes). Very nice space and atmosphere, proper yoga space. The only small point I’d like to raise is that it was very warm inside the room.

And I learned a lot of new ways to use props to go deeper into certain stretches. Not a class for those looking to snooze, but definitely a great yin class.

In her meditation classes she combines breathing exercises with guided meditation or silence meditation,and feels that the 30 minutes are going pretty quickly. She is really calm and serene and answers any doubts you might have. I go out of the meditation feeling relaxed and focused. In her yoga classes, the pace is perfect and she keeps an eyeon everyone, helping you with corrections when needed. I definitely recommend her.

すべてのレビューを表示I loved the place and the massage, it was truly wonderful. The room was cozy and very clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The technique was unique, she focused more on applying pressure to specific points rather than using a lot of movement, which really helped release tension. She paid extra attention to my hips, applying pressure there which might be where I hold most of my tension. However, I felt the timing was a bit tight. There’s only about 5 minutes to prepare before and after the session, and sometimes you need a little more time to unwind, fix your hair and get ready to leave without feeling rushed. While I know there’s a welcome area to relax, after a massage it’s nice to stay in a dark, quiet space for a bit longer. I’ll definitely go again, and I hope they schedule a bit more time between sessions.

The building is pretty easy to locate on maps BUT there are no markings as to what unit it is... I got in as someone was leaving but they had no idea which unit it was. My suggestion is, once you get in there is a waiting room immediately to your right, bring the phone number! In any case I will definitely be back, especially now that I know where I'm going!
