Achter de winkel is een mooie meditatie/oefenruimte. De les die ik volgde was vooral meditatie en uitleg, het bewegen was minimaal, dus weinig inspannend en heel rustig. Ik vond het een toegankelijke vorm van meditatie, erg liefdevol, en ik kwam verfrist en ontspannen weer buiten.

There was tea before the treatment and after (with dates). Do take a change of loose fitting comfy clothes, because the treatment is with oils. It would be much more comfortable to dreads into something lighter.
