She switches up the exercises in each class so it doesn’t become repetitive and gives insightful feedback / corrections so that you can actually improve. And a lovely, friendly person.

Really engaging and fun, so the class goes quickly and you feel like you got a good workout in at the end! Vibes in general also are immaculate before and after the class.
