すべてのレビューを表示I found Carol's practice almost randomly, as I was looking for a shala close to my home. And I think I've found MY teacher. Her way of guiding you through the practice, is both cathartic as much as energising. Her asana practice is a perfect balance between pushing your self and a reminder to listening to what your body needs. A teacher that also never skips a lesson in yogic philosophy, as it should be. She leaves me with the best feeling ever, after every class my day is so much brighter! Definitely come to give her class a try!!!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Chaska has become my new favourite teacher. Her classes feel like a sacred space where looking inward is made easier by her calm and precise guidance. Her language is impressive and her physical adjustments delicate, yet effective. The studio is very clean and bright, with a cute area where it's possible to hang out after class with the tea that is served for free.
