すべてのレビューを表示Fun new experience, good core workout, open to do it more often! Feel energized, loved it! Teacher was great but would love to hear more details about how to use the right techniques. The instructions went by quick, maybe I was distracted or because it was my first time, I had to watch the rest a few times to understand the movements. For the rest it was still fun even as a newbie.

すべてのレビューを表示Such a fun class! So glad there’s finally a dance class in Amsterdam that’s simple and easy to follow. It doesn’t even feel like working out! Shady Lady is the best, with such vibrant, fun energy. I hope the classes will be offered more often or be a bit longer (1 hour)!!
