すべてのレビューを表示I loved the way Samantha shared the practice, payed attention and also tought the class how to properly position the body in more critical poses. I can only complain about the noise, but I guess this comes with the location. The building is beautiful.

It is deeply relaxing, helps a lot to reconnect gently and softly with the body, and the different music instruments are magical. A lovely brake from the weekly rush. Thank you!
