The massage was gentle, yet the therapist knew exactly how to apply the right pressure to all the important pressure points. It wasn’t painful at all, but I could feel the relief deep into my muscles and even my bones. The technique was very effective in relieving the pain I had been experiencing and completely eased my fatigue. The therapist was highly skilled and experienced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you, Miss Mi, for such a wonderful massage. I will definitely be coming back again!

Hot water was not working during foot wash and Room 2 was cold, being under direct blast of the AC; I've given the feedback on both. I was taken aback to be asked on arrival if I would be OK with a male massage therapist, as I'd booked a full body massage. Fortunately there was a female therapist available, as I would otherwise have rescheduled. (Was informed later that they were shorthanded that night with 1 or 2 people on sick leave.)
