Tianna is so friendly and greeted everyone with a big smile. the class started with some breath work then some stretching before we lie down for a sound bath. the whole class was slightly more than 1.5 hours but I didn't feel it's long enough as the whole class was very relaxing and she was guiding well throughout the session with her unique way of teaching.. the vibration from the gong and singing bowls was very immersive. Her voice was magical along with the sounds of the gongs. overall it was a wonderful experience. highly recommend.

I initially had concerns about the class being too hot to handle but you can feel the heat without being at the point of passing out. Loved it and will be back 🥰!

It was fire cupping which was a first time for me (I normally do the suction one) and it was nice! The front desk and the therapist/doctor are friendly and good, the place is clean, just right at the MRT stop. Note: better to WhatsApp them first as well just to double confirm on things too.
