I had a very pleasant experience at Lax Retreat. The place is aesthetically pleasing and had such a nice scent the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel relaxed. The staff were polite, warm, and very friendly throughout my visit. I booked a Brazilian + underarms wax, and to my surprise, it was nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences at other places. Adel, the therapist, was incredibly skillful, gentle, and attentive, which made the whole session much more comfortable. Shout out to Adel 🌟 Definitely a place I would return to for future treatments!

I took 90mins aromatherapy massage session and the masseuse Eka was gentle but with medium pressure that helped to soothe my tired body. Asked to work on the lower back and legs and it was delightful. She also helped me to relax my stiff shoulders and hands too. Would definitely be coming back here again, especially since the ambient was so relaxing.
