すべてのレビューを表示GREAT class and the instructor was great at pushing us to our own limits. I heard a few girls in the end complain about the heat… and it’s a hot mat Pilates class??? So I hope the studio doesn’t modify anything to suit those that should’ve booked a normal mat class if the heat was too much for them. I LOVED it and Yuki is now my first pick when it comes to hot mat Pilates at the Daily!

すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was great. Class was half flow and half yin. Please note that this class is HEATED. It wasn’t mentioned in the class title or class description but it was noted on the studio page that it’s a heated studio but I only read class title and description.
