As someone still new to this wellness journey, I felt much more comfortable and motivated during your class. Your energy and guidance made a very nice difference for me.

Diego is a phenomenal instructor, very patient, took the time to make sure I was understanding everything. Really appreciate him and enjoyed my first boxing class! The facility itself is nice too they have lots of stuff to do there, swimming, a big gym, and other classes!
