Not once did I feel inadequate (which can often occur in dance classes). Would love to go back. Only downside is it’s not easy to get to with Dubai traffic & no metro to this area.

すべてのレビューを表示Katy is an amazing instructor. What I appreciate most about her classes is how attentive she is to form and breathwork. She really takes the time to guide you through proper breathing, which makes a huge difference in how your muscles engage and how effective the workout feels. Her transitions between exercises are incredibly smooth, which keeps the flow of the class going and allows your muscles to really absorb the work instead of rushing from one movement to the next. Even in a beginner class, she knows how to adjust the springs and add small challenges so you continue progressing while still feeling supported. She creates such a welcoming and encouraging environment, and you leave the class feeling both stronger and more connected to your body. Highly recommend her classes whether you’re new to reformer Pilates or looking to improve your practice.
