すべてのレビューを表示I loved Patti's class so much. She does hands on assists, which I really appreciate. I do wish the music was Mir instrumental, and less lyrics to songs I know. I have to fight the temptation to sing along lol!

すべてのレビューを表示In the area for a retreat and was looking for a place to get some movement in. Came on Saturday and liked it so much I came back Sunday and brought a friend. I found the vinyasa flow more relaxing than the stretch and strengthen class but both were very good!
