すべてのレビューを表示I really liked this class! I've done a handful of reformer classes before, but this was much more guided and helpful, and also much more fun. Samara was great at giving corrections, providing vibes and explaining each exercise and the parts of the equipment. If I wasn't just visiting, I'd be a return customer!

The workout was incredible and Lily helped every step of the way and gave me options when I was struggling, what a superstar!! the studio was modern and lovely and the music was great, I was worried I might be intimidated before I came in but it was the complete opposite! I'll definitely be back

Had a choice of different coloured light to focus on different areas, chose the orange light for bronchitis and asthma benefits - within a few minutes could feel the heaviness in my chest lifting and whole body detoxing such a good feeling!! Will definitely be coming back to do the salt therapy along with the infrared therapy
